Q: I am planning to fly in on an earlier date but can I still come on this tour if I;m not flying in on the day the tour starts? Can I just meet at the airport with my partner?

Yes, you may be picked up at the airport if you are not flying in that day.
You may be picked up between 8:30am - 10:30pm, you may give us the time you will like to be picked up
at the airport when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You may also self transfer to the first nights hotel if you wish. The hotel information will be available to you
when your reservation is confirmed.

Q: Hiya, There is a group of ten plus interested in the trip. Is it possible to get a more in dept itinerary? Example what time will we be arriving back at the hotel each evening and could we know the names of the hotels we would be staying at before we booked? We want to do it for Spring break at the start of March so would also like to plan a few nights out before hand and would need the time the coach would be leaving in the mornings etc!! Thanks! For group reservations and Inquiries, please email us at [email protected]Everyday, you shall expect an arrival back to the hotel at about 8:30-9:00 pm, depending on weather and traffic conditions.As for the hotels, this tour offer 3 star hotels, the hotels cannot be confirmed until we have a reservation and the reservation reaches confirmation.Typically, the hotels are the ones listed on the website.

The theme park tickets for this tour are not included in the pricing quote.
The tickets are purchased on tour at the box office and will depend on the box office pricing during your tour.
The tour guide will collect the ticket money, in cash, from all people on tour and purchase the tickets for the group at the box office.

1 : 3 Adult Tickets + 1 Child Ticket = $1,672.00

Yes, both tours will view the Hoover Dam. However, there is no tour of the Hoover Dam included in this tour.
Yes, the main difference between these two tours is the Grand Canyon trip- either the West or South rim of the Canyon.
Each sightseeing location is guided by your tour guide. He/she will guide you about the timings for each departure.
We cannot specify exact timings for these visits, as the timings vary depending on weather and traffic conditions on your departure date.

The approximate return time to the hotel each night is 8:30-9pm. However, this time varies based on traffic and weather conditions on the day of your departure.
We cannot guarantee you will return to your hotel in time to make the LV shows.
We do not suggest you purchase Las Vegas show tickets in advance, as we cannot guarantee you will make the show times.

Q: We are a party of five interested in joining tour 6-2386 the same day (tuesday) tour 2-3334 is finished. Can we avoid changing hotel ? Will we get transportation to the hotel (at the end of Disneyland visit) instead of airport shuttle offered?. Also, the day after finishing tour 6-2386 we would like to join 25-548. It is not guaranteed you will be staying at the same hotel.
The hotel information will be provided after your reservation has been confirmed.
Tour 2-3334 only offers drop off at the airport on the last day of the tour. You will be responsible for your own transportation to the 1st night hotel for tour 6-2386.

No, this does not include the Skywalk admission cost.
The $69.00 covers the admission to the Native American reservation and includes lunch in the Grand Canyon.
The Skywalk is $32.00 per person and is offered as an optional excursion while you are touring Grand Canyon.
